Acne, a common skin disease in adolescence, has prevalence of nearly 100%. About 60% affected adolescents have mild acne for which they use over-the-counter formulations without consulting physician. The remaining 40% constitute the population patients seen medical practice.Our aim publishing case report is to show power individualized constitutional homoeopathic remedy and how beautifully one or two doses can cure an with single remedy.Case summary: A female patient aged 20 years reported our OPD complaints severe itching, atrocious marks on her face back. Homoeopathic medicine Pulsatilla Nigricans 1M was prescribed based totality symptoms prominent mental physical general patient. This photographic evidence shows effectiveness pulsatilla nigricans vulgaris.
